The key drivers to the delivery unit is grouped into following categories:

Hiring:

Gatec Solutions is hiring industry experts at various levels for supervisory roles. The entry-level associates are preferred to be graduates with minimum skills / knowledge on domain/verticals. Fresh graduates or under graduates are also induced as trainees.

Training:

The training team would focus on entry-level trainings for each new joiner and regular refresher modules for the existing employees allocated to the projects. Each associate would undergo sessions first on the basics of the industry vertical and the customer business orientation. This would be followed by the project specific trainings for delivery needs.

Quality:

This is one of the core functions for Gatec Solutions delivery organization. This stream would follow global methodologies for implementing required checks and measures with defined procedures at different gates of project delivery. This team would also assist in setting up and controlling the security and compliance norms for the project delivery.

Technology support:

This team would help in provisioning and managing up to date technical infrastructure for deliveries. This team would focus on areas of hardware and systems, local and wide area networks for the delivery center, fixed or internet broadband links for the connectivity, workflow tools etc.

Operations:

This team would manage the day-to-day operations and delivery groups for various projects. This team would focus on defining right skills and resources needs, team structure and span of control for each supervisor, roles and responsibilities for each individual attached to the project, KPM's and CPM's monitoring and providing customer review mechanisms, project / process improvement methods, client interactions, commercial issues resolutions, productivity enhancements, people management and attrition control, customer business presentations offshore support, co-ordination and center support activities.

Project Management:

Gatec Solutions intends to induce certified project management professionals to their delivery teams. This team would manage and deliver the projects with industry accepted planning and review tools. The emphasis would be accurate planning and design, phase wise timelines definitions and monitor achievements and deviations, anticipated risks and their resolutions, performance management and improvement mechanisms, customer satisfaction index management.
